Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Invisel
Invisel (operated by Invisel Products Private Limited) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Certain situations may require us to cancel orders, including but not limited to:
- Limitations on product quantities available for purchase
- Inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing
- Issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention team
- Incomplete or unverifiable orders requiring additional verification
If your order is canceled, we will notify you via email or phone. If additional information is required to process your order, we will contact you promptly.
Cancellation by Customer
- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund of the order value.
- After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, cancellations are not accepted unless the product is defective due to a manufacturing fault or damaged during transit. In such cases, please contact us at support@invisel.com.
Return & Refund Policy
Invisel has a general non-returnable and non-refundable policy. However, exceptions are made under the following circumstances:
- Product has a manufacturing defect
- Product was damaged during transit
- Missing items from the order
- Incorrect product delivered
We encourage customers to review product details carefully before making a purchase. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for incorrect purchases made by the customer or due to improper application of the products.
How to Initiate a Return
- Raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@invisel.com.
- Provide clear images of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 3 days of delivery.
- Once the return request is reviewed and approved, you will be informed of the next steps.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused and in their original condition with tags, seals, and packaging intact.
- Products should not be tampered with, opened, or used.
- Returns are subject to quality checks and fraud analysis before approval.
Refund Process
Once the returned item passes our quality check:
- Refunds will be processed within 8-10 business days to the original payment method.
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery through support@invisel.com.
- Upon verification, the defective product will be recalled, and a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.
- Prepaid orders below ₹1000 will incur a ₹100 delivery charge.
- COD Orders will have an additional ₹50 COD fee.
